From our vineyard at Petralona/Chalkidiki located in low altitude at the base of mountain “Katsika”, cooled by the sea breeze coming from Chalkidiki.
A completely different Sauvignon Blanc compared to the typical ones, pure and without interventions.
Discreet nose with tingling aromas of citrus & herbs giving a different version compared to the currently known.
Wine remained with fine lees for 8 months, gaining volume and mature essence, was bottled directly from the fermentation tank.
Taste: Full taste, with intense citrus presence, can equally accompany fish, sea food but also roast meats or casserole.
Serving temperature: 10-12 Celsius degrees
Note: Stabilization of our white wines is done via natural process, using winters’ cold, thus by keeping intervention as low as possible we can preserve the aromas and taste of the grapes and terroir.
Fermented with its own wild yeasts.
