Taste: Merlot with deep ruby colour, having fermented with the grapes’ skins for 40 days. Harmonic bouquet of aromas, mildly aggressive with softly developing taste and rich aftertaste. Aromas of prunes and berries.
Via decanting and as time passes aromas of wet earth and herbs are added to its initially closed bouquet while at the same time notes of French oak evolve.
Aging: 33 months in French oak barrels of second use.
Serving temperature: 16-18 Celsius degrees
