This year we had our first yield of early harvest extra virgin olive oil! Cold extraction, acidity of 0.2, from our own vineyard planted with Koroneiki variety at Petralona/Halkidiki. Collection was done by hand.

The olive grove is characterized as “under conversion to BIO farming” but has always been cultivated in strict BIO manner.

Early harvest olive oil is of the highest quality and its benefits for the human body are widely known while we recommend its consumption to be raw in order to preserve its precious nutrients which they could diminish via high temperature cooking.

It is available in 3lt cans.
